Open listings disagree on the start date. DNM Watch dates DarkMatter to November 2022. TorWiki’s 2026 table and review say 2024. We record the conflict instead of flattening it.
Coin policy is also split. Our tags and TorWiki describe a Bitcoin-free, Monero-only shop. DNM Watch’s dedicated page says the shop accepts both Bitcoin and Monero. Until BTC is in this file, the profile follows the catalog: XMR, PGP, escrow. We do not add 2FA here because it is not in our file, even though TorWiki’s review claims OTP and PGP-based options.
Escrow language conflicts too. TorWiki describes traditional escrow with no finalize-early option and a sparse, JavaScript-light interface. DNM Watch frames DarkMatter around multisig and walletless checkout. Those are different mechanisms. We keep the generic Escrow tag we already store and do not invent a multisig tag from one directory.
The same pages describe a mid-size listing count. TorWiki’s table says 3,000+. We store no listing figure and no onion address. A privacy-first label in a directory is not the same as a verified address.
